I really had a mixed experience at this Novotel. The rooms were very clean and beautifully decorated, which was a major plus. However, the English skills of the staff were just okay. The service was friendly and very helpful, but I felt they could have been more humane. The location was superb, offering a convenient stay close to various areas and shopping malls. The dining experience, although excellent, felt a bit repetitive. Overall, it was a stay with highs and lows.
